From his early days as a laborer to roles as a foreman, marketing director, HOA manager, and construction supervisor, Steven has truly done it all in the realm of new home building. He has worked with both small builders and mid-sized companies on large-scale projects, gaining valuable insight into what makes building companies thrive and where they can fall short.

Steven is proud to have been a part of building some of Massachusetts’ most vibrant communities, including The Preserve at Oak Hill, Harris Pond Village, and The Preserve at Mill Pond. Along the way, he’s had the privilege of learning from great mentors who shared their knowledge and passion for building, lessons that continue to shape Golden Cup Homes today.
